More issues in Education

Another issue that came to mind was having elementary schools start to early .  I remember as a child having to take tests at 7am in the morning and being way to tired to focus. There have even been study's done on students who start school around 6 to 7am verses 9am. Issues in Education

One issue in education I would like to discuss is standardized education .  Specifically in elementary through high school. It seems that schools have a "one size fits all" type of education. I think this can cause a lot of students to fall behind.  Especially , students that have learning disabilities. I myself have a learning disability in math. In elementary through high school, I have always struggled with math and fell behind. Fortunately  ,  in high school I was able to be in classes that fit my needs , though I wish I would have had these classes in elementary and middle school.
